FAKE Double Drabble: Incriminating Evidence

Title: Incriminating Evidence
Author: badly_knitted
Characters: Ryo, Bikky, mentions Carol and Dee.
Rating: PG
Setting: After the manga.
Summary: Ryo finds something in Bikky’s bedroom that shouldn’t be there.
Written Using: The tw100 prompt ‘Leather & Lace’.
Warning: Alludes to underage sex.
Disclaimer: I don’t own FAKE, or the characters. They belong to the wonderful Sanami Matoh.
A/N: This one’s a double drabble.

Gathering Bikky’s laundry for washing, which as usual involves dragging clothes out from under the bed as well as emptying the boy’s laundry basket, Ryo finds something that really shouldn’t be there.

The scrap of blue satin fabric is delicately trimmed with creamy lace, and of a size designed to fit someone petite. Picking it up with one finger, Ryo goes to confront his son.

“Bikky? Care to explain this?”

Despite his dark skin, Bikky’s face turns scarlet. After a couple of false starts, he finally manages to choke out, “They’re not mine!”

“I’d already figured that out myself.” Ryo keeps his voice stern, although it’s not easy. If the situation weren’t so serious, it might almost be funny, but although Carol is eighteen and therefore of legal age, Bikky is only fifteen, which technically speaking is a crime. Ryo should know; he’s a cop.

“We weren’t… we didn’t… Only once… maybe twice.” Bikky stops talking, blush deepening further.

Ryo closes his eyes. “At least tell me you used protection.”

“Of course we did! We’re not stupid. I got some from Dee.”

“With or without his knowledge?”

“With, I swear!”

Ryo’s not sure whether that makes it better or worse.
