Summary: Dee is furious about Ryo ruining his plans for Christmas Eve.

Logically, Dee knew Ryo’d had good intentions switching to take Christmas Eve duty in Marty’s place. Marty had a wife and two young kids, another baby on the way; it was hardly surprising he wanted to be home with his family instead of working late shift, and according to Ryo, he’d had nothing better to do.


What annoyed Dee was that his partner’s thoughtfulness was screwing up his own plans for them to spend Christmas Eve getting to know each other better.


As far as Dee was concerned, tonight Ryo qualified as the world’s most cold-hearted bastard.
