A/N: Double drabble.
Domestic life suits Dee more than he’d thought it would. Of course, he’s not as young as he used to be, he’s over thirty now, and while he still enjoys nights out with the boys now and then, he no longer drinks as much as he used to. Getting drunk all the time isn’t worth the price of the hangover, especially now he has better things to do with his time. Things that involve his gorgeous partner.
Yep, safe to say Ryo’s got him thoroughly domesticated. He actually enjoys going home with his lover after work, fixing dinner together, clearing away the dishes, and then relaxing on the sofa, reading a book, or watching TV, or doing something even more pleasurable.
Sure, there are chores that have to be done, things that are a lot less enjoyable than cooking, but he can put up with all the vacuuming, dusting, putting out trash, and so forth, as long as he gets to do it all with Ryo. Spending every night in the arms of the man he loves makes everything else worthwhile.
They still have date nights, going to movies or a club, but nights spent at home are the best.
