torchwoodcoffee (and indeed anyone who hasn't but would like to) can now do so again! I contact one of the mods, the lovely 
dune_drd, who has fixed the glitch which turned the community into a moderated community without the mods' knowledge. (Thanks for nothing, LJ!)
So, get over there and post your fics to celebrate one of our favourite communities being back in action! Oh happy day!
