Summary: Dee and Ryo had been relaxing comfortably on their sofa, but now it’s a lot less comfortable for Dee.
Disclaimer: I don’t own FAKE, or the characters. They belong to the wonderful Sanami Matoh.
A/N: Double drabble.
They’d been so comfy a little while ago, stretched out on the sofa together, watching TV; a movie, not a ball game, because when sport was on TV Dee had a tendency to jump around yelling at the screen, which was anything but relaxing for Ryo and therefore wouldn’t have resulted in the situation Dee currently found himself in.
The movie was good, entertaining and absorbing, although the frequent ad breaks were annoying; maybe it had been during one of those that Ryo had started to drift off. I was impossible to be sure since Dee hadn’t been paying that much attention, zoning out himself while waiting for the movie to continue. Didn’t really matter when it had happened, but at some point Ryo had dozed off, no doubt due to having enjoyed a good meal sitting down in a warm apartment after a long day at work. About the same time he’d fallen asleep, so had the arm Dee had tucked snugly around his baby.
Now his arm was half numb and painfully tingling with pins and needles, and he desperately wanted to move it, but he didn’t want to disturb Ryo.
He had no idea what to do.
