Summary: Jack and Ianto have had a fight.

A/N: Double drabble. Set in my Ghost of a Chance ‘Verse.
The distances between stars were vast. Sometimes Jack and Ianto were in transit between worlds for several weeks, with no company but each other, and perhaps a pet. There’d been several over the years, usually small stowaways found in the Happy Wanderer’s holds.
Right now there were no pets, just two immortal humans, and following an argument they were keeping their distance from one another. It wasn’t their first fight, and they knew they’d make up in a few days, maybe a week, but for now it was best to avoid each other so that their tempers could cool off.
They loved each other, deeply and passionately; after nearly two-hundred years that wasn’t in question, but it didn’t mean they agreed with each other on everything. Eternal life would be awfully boring if they did. They had lively arguments about everything from breakfast to the best route to take between two star-systems and for the most part those arguments were light-hearted, but once in a while one or other would touch a nerve.
Ianto laughed softly to himself; they were both stubborn as mules. He’d give it a day then apologise, even though he was right, and Jack was wrong.
