Summary: It seems that Jack and Ianto might be raising a pair of champion sprinters.

A/N: Double drabble.
“I don’t know where they get their speed from,” Ianto commented, as the twins shot past the rest of the field to cross the finish line, so close together he couldn’t tell which of them had come first. Okay, so it had only been a hundred metre race, but they’d beaten their closest rivals by a good five metres, an impressive feat for two five-year-olds at their first ever school sports day.
“We’re not exactly slouches when it comes to running,” Jack pointed out, keeping his voice low even as he applauded Gareth and Jenna’s joint victory like the proud daddy he was. “We’ve chased enough Weevils and other things. Hell, we’ve chased the twins often enough.”
“True, but all that’s the result of training and practice, not natural ability. I couldn’t run anywhere near that fast at their age.”
“They’ve practised too. Every time we’ve chased them it’s been because they ran off. If you think about it, they’ve been in training for this event since they could stand.”
Unlike Meriel, the twins seemed to go from crawling to running without learning to walk first. Very little had changed since then.
Ianto laughed. “Let’s go congratulate our budding Olympians.”
