Drabble: Seeking Refuge

Title: Seeking Refuge
Author: badly_knitted
Characters: Ianto, Owen, Gwen.
Rating: PG
Written For: Challenge 415: Silence at tw100.
Spoilers: Tiny for End of Days.
Summary: All Ianto wants is some peace and quiet.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Torchwood, or the characters.

Ianto sighed, losing the thread of his report yet again. He was tired from being up half the night. Gwen and Owen were having another of their interminable arguments, apparently trying to outdo each other for sheer volume, which was making it impossible to think straight.

Scooping up his paperwork, he sought refuge in the comforting silence of the archives, away from his infuriating teammates.

Closing his eyes, Ianto prayed that Jack would come back soon, because he was about ready to kill half the team for the sake of peace and quiet, if they didn’t kill each other first.

The End

*squishes ianto*

He appreciates it, he really needs some love.

Thank you!
Hooefully Jack will be back before Ianto has to resort to that lol.

Great drabble.
Yeah, it would be bad if Ianto killed half the team!

Thank you!
Hurry back Jack and comfort Ianto. I'd love to cuddle him but neither he nor Jack would like it.
Yeah, sometimes only one particular pair of arms will do. *offers Ianto cuddly Jack doll*

Thank you!
Cuddle Jack doll. I have knitting patterns for Jack AND Ianto dolls. Unfortunately, I no longer have the dexterity to make them. Have been trying to find someone to knit them for me - no luck so far. Pity as they'd be perfect for situations like this.

They sound cool. Maybe you should put out a call on who_knits and see if you can find someone willing to knit them for you =)

We all need something to cuddle from time to time. Ianto and Jack should definitely have cuddly versions of each other. Maybe I'll write a fic about that...
Poor Ianto! it must have been hell on earth those months!
I imagine it would have been. More work than ever, little peace, and no Jack wouldn't be a good combination.

Thank you!
